Parking at Manor Vail is free after 2pm, if you say you are coming to the wedding.
If you wanna park there before, it's $20, and you need to let me know asap, so I can put you on the list...

Lift tickets

Everyone who skis will have a $45 discounted lift ticket coupon.
Call me on sunday morning, I'll be around Mannor Vail, so you can find me there to get your coupon, then go to the cashiers to get your lift pass.

Where is the gondola?

For those of you who are not familiar with Vail, the gondola is situated in Lionshead, by the new and huge Arrabelle hotel.

You can park for free after 2pm at the Liondhead parking structure (west of the main Vail exit on the South Frontage rd).
It gives you enough time to find the gondola (follow the crowds and ask), ride it (15 min) and get ready for the ceremony at 2.45pm!

You'll be on snow, don't wear your heels just yet ;-)

Between the ceremony and reception...

Some of you will check in your hotels, so it'll be easy!

For those of you who don't wanna drive all the way to Edwards or Eagle, Manor Vail offers you its spa! The steam room and sauna will be available to you, as well as the changing rooms and the shower. Sorry I said earlier you could use the hottub... it's a miscommunication with Manor Vail...

So you can relax after your ski day, while waiting for the party to kick in!!! How cool? You can also get a head start at the bar but it's not hosted till 6pm...

Registries

Hello everyone,

As you've seen on the invitation, we have registries at Bed Bath & Beyound and also Traget. But there's a local shop we couldn't add on the myinvitationlink website: Kitchen Collage in Edwards.

the ceremony

2.45 pm: ceremony on the observation deck (top of the Gondola)
3.15 pm: Hot Cocoa break at Bailey's
3.45 pm: Ski down or take the Gondola back to the base

More details about the on-snow part:
The gondola is free after 2pm but on sunday, it closes at 4 - 4.15pm.
Those who don't ski will have to keep track of time during the Hot Cocoa break, so they don't miss their ride down!

The observation deck is 30 steps straight ahead, as you get out of the gondola building.

It's still the winter, so... it might be cold and you'll be standing on snow... bring your warm layers and heavy snow shoes, you won't be judged on style at that point ;-)

the reception

6.00 pm: Cocktail hour at the Fitz, Manor Vail, Golden Peak
7.00 pm: Dinner time, seated or not
9.00 pm: Cake ceremony
10.00 pm: End of the open bar but not of the party!!!
